STAGE 1 REMAP
On stage 1 remap, we do individual changes for fuel injection quantity, start of injection, turbocharger boost pressure, rail pressure, turbine geometry control and for limiting maps.
STAGE 2, 3 REMAP
We can make Stage 2, 3 remap for highly modified engine with hybrid turbochargers, bigger injectors, modified high pressure fuel pumps, free flow exhaust systems, etc.
We use various methods to disable regeneration of DPF systems. After successful shutdown, filter can be removed from exhaust system without causing error codes or limp mode.
To turn off EGR valve we use different solutions for different models. At the end EGR is switched off and cause no more problems. Engine will be more efficient with better fuel economy.
We can remove and turn off any diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P xxxx from Engine Control Unit causing you problems (for example check engine light on). When DTC is off component can be removed.
We use switch or combinated solution to disable AdBlue. After successful shutdown, whole AdBlue system can be removed without data trouble codes or safe mode.
We can also solve the problems of gasoline particulate filter GPF/ OPF/ PPF. After successful shutdown, filter can be removed from exhaust system without causing error codes or limp mode.
Some cars have issues with the Flaps and being the repair costs high, we simply offer to switch it off and deactivate the flaps by disconnecting them and removing it's functionality.
The Evaporative Emission Control System (EVAP) is used to prevent gasoline vapors from escaping into the atmosphere. We offer a solution to remove this system.
LAMBDA / DECAT / O2
If catalyst has been removed we can disable second lambda, but the first lambda sensor will still control fuelling and maintains the correct lambda values and it will not detect low efficiency from the missing catalyst.
Start/stop sometimes can be very annoying, as everytime the car is driven it have to be switched off to avoid car disconnecting itself. We can turn this function off.
SPEED LIMIT REMOVE
Almost every vehicle has absolute speed limiter. Some has 190kmh others 250kmh and so on. We can lower/increase this limiter according to needs.
MAF SENSOR DISABLE
MAF is very important sensor for fuel regulation, but sometimes (on high powered tuned cars) the MAF reading hits maximum value and touches maximum allowed voltage readed by sensor making fault registration.
HOT/WARM ENGINE START
Some cars have bug in the ECU software causing big problem to start engine when it is hot or warm. Replacing starter will help, but we offer alternative to fix it only by changing the software.
AGGRESSIVE HARD CUT LIMITER WITH FLAMES (DIESEL)
We can make your exhaust sound and look insane by adding flames in popcorn / harcut limiter. This option is for Diesel egnines.
POPS AND BANGS / CRACKLES (PETROL)
We can make your exhaust sound better by adding Pop and bangs / Crackles / Overruns less or more agressive depenging on customer wish. This option is for Petrol egnines.
POPCORN / HARD CUT LIMITER (DIESEL)
We can make your exhaust sound better by adding Popcorn / harcut limiter less or more agressive depenging on customer wish. This option is for Diesel egnines.
THROTTLE BODY / SHUT OFF VALVE
Some cars have issues with the Throttle flap, showing trouble codes. Very ofthen vehicle goes into safe mode. We offer a solution for diesel and petrol engines to turn this valve off.
Launch control purpose is to make car launch from 0km/h as fast as possible, limiting power during 1 and/or 2 gear. Launch control is available on a limited number of car models. Please contact us for more information.
AGGRESSIVE DEEP LOUD EXHAUST SOUND AT IDLE (DIESEL)
We have developed a solution for a deeper and louder exhaust sound when diesel engine is idling. It sounds more promoting. It works only when engine is at idle rpms. It doesnt effect cruise driving.
EXHAUST FLAP IN THE MUFFLER
Exhaust rear muffler has the flap inside reducing the noise during cold start. Sometimes this flaps fails, sometimes people want to modified exhaust system and need to get rid of safe mode.
If you have problems with immobilzer and you do not want to buy new ECU or other modules we can help you disable it. Please contact us before uploading file on web server. Not all ECU's have ability to turn it off.
COLD START SOUND OFF
Petrol engines activates lambda pre heating system when engine is cold. It can be very loud in the morning, specially with modified exhaust. We can turn off cold start.
SECONDARY AIR INJECTION OFF
The secondary air injection system helps to clean up the leftovers on the exhaust. This system tends to fail very ofthen. Thats why we do offer solution to disable it.
